Our Contact Center software was custom made, and it is based on IP technology. It includes ACD, IVR, CTI, predictive dialers multimedia recorders and administrative tools.

This is a high capacity and availability platform, supporting contact in different channels such as telephone e-mail, voice mail, web chat, web video, web voice and web collaboration

Our telephone system is fully based on VoIP platforms, with NEC and CISCO technology and our own NOC, located in Miami, Florida, interconnected with the main carriers in America and Europe. This network allows us to provide service with the same quality as a local call center

We have Pentium IV PCs in each work station, Windows 2003 Servers, SQL Server Data Bases, and a TCP/IP network that can easily be extended into Internet or to the Intranet applications of our clients.
