Telecom Networks is the customer service department for an online social network.
Our responsibilities consist in assisting customers via telephone and email
with questions they may have about the service offered, billing issues and basic
technical troubleshooting. The project consists of 23 team members distributed
throughout rotational shifts in order to cover a 24/7 service. In addition, we
also provide a 24/7 position responsible for monitoring the message boards and
photos uploaded.
Outbound/ Interviews for an in-home tutoring program
Another project we are currently working with is for an in-home tutoring program. This program was created with one simple objective: To offer highly effective one-on-one tutoring in peoples homes.
They offer a powerful tutoring program comprised of highly educated instructors who can cultivate academic minds through the power of one-on-one interaction with the students.
Our main task for this company is to do the first interview over the phone and then send them into the main office if they qualify.

Telecom Networks Call Center has been working in conjunction with a slipcover company that has evolved over the last 2 years. We are their customer service department which includes answering incoming phone calls, replying to emails, placing orders and resolving customer's conflicts and concerns. This also entails daily reporting to customers and company management.
Along with the customer service department we are also the public relations department for this company. The goal is to contact reporters and editors to write positive reviews and features about the company.

Telecom Networks Call Center entered the pharmaceutical field to assist a leading distributor. This joint venture involves contacting small wholesalers with the goal to acquire drugs in current shortage. In addition to this, we are trusted to initiate new trade relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers with the purpose of setting up new purchasing accounts in order to offer their current customer base more competitive pricing in a bloodthirsty business. As a result we have also been entrusted with targeting previously ignored end users. Our company has successfully ventured into previously unexplored parts of the business.
