Telecom Networks is a bilingual call center founded in 1999 by a group of professionals with vast experience in the telecommunications, information technology, finance and direct marketing industry. This has allowed us to build a flexible, cost effective, state of the art and reliable network to serve our growing customer base.
We offer call center outsourcing services such as Inbound ( customer service, order taking, etc ), Outbound (telemarketing, lead generation, appointment set up, collection, etc ), Data Entry (database update, market research, payroll, etc ) and Web Chat for the demanding markets of USA, Canada and Spain from our Operations Center strategically located in Montevideo, Uruguay.
Our customers are small and mid size companies from a variety of sectors such as telecommunications, pharmaceutical, real state, marketing, law firms, hospitals and others. Telecom Networks is a true bilingual call center where 80% of our telemarketers are native or perfect english speakers, all speak spanish and can also handle campaigns in portuguese. Our ongoing search of excellence in service is based on our human capital. We select and train the best professionals in the market. Currently 75% of our telemarketers have a college degree and/or are currently attending university.
